Australia Post or Fastway Couriers. Local orders are Free
delivery and quickly delivered by our own drivers.
Local Orders (any
weight):
Free delivery to the Sydney suburbs of Dural,
Glenhaven, Cherrybrook, Pennant Hills, Castle Hill, Baulkham Hills,
Kellyville, Kenthurst, Annangrove, Galston, Glenorie, Northmead, West
Pennant Hills & Glenwood. If paying by Paypal, we will
reimburse freight cost for local deliveries.
Within Sydney (up to 25kg):
$9.96 via Australia Post or overnight courier
(depending on suburb).
Other NSW and Interstate:
- Up to 5kg $9.96 by Australia Post or Fastway
courier Australia-wide.
- Orders over 5kg & outside of Sydney are
shipped via Australia Post & Fastway Couriers in Capital Cities. If
your total order weight exceeds 5kg, a POTP representative may contact
you to advise of the likely Australia Post freight cost before your
order is processed. (Please note, you will only hear from us if
your freight cost is likely to exceed $9.96. This tends to only
occur with >5kg orders to remote areas of NT, WA, TAS and North
QLD.)
International
Freight:
We will endeavour to find the least expensive
& safest shipping available. We will notify you if the shipping cost
is quite substantial, (which could happen on heavy or large items), in
case you would like to reconsider your order before we dispatch. Item's
purchased can only be sent to the purchaser's billing card
address.
Dangerous
Goods:
Products that are either flammable or packaged as aerosols are
classified by Australia Post as dangerous goods. We have an
arrangement with Australia Post by which we are able to ship dangerous
goods. However they can only be shipped by road, meaning that slower
than normal delivery can be expected for these products.
