Shipping Policy

Pets On The Park endeavour to dispatch your order as quick as possible. Estimated disptach time for regular in-stock items will be dispatched within 48 hours. However, less regularly purchased  products and special order items may take longer. We will contact you to make you aware of any substanial delays in the dispatch process. 

Please be aware that Pets On The Park is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, or any extra charges or fees incurred for posting to an International country.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once order has been processed and packed:

* Sydney: 1 to 3 Business days

* Melbourne & Brisbane 2-5 Business days

* Perth 5-8 business days

* Regional areas such as ( Newcastle & Wollongong & Gold Coast) 2 - 5 Business days

* Remote regional areas: Could take up to 2 weeks.

Peak times such as Christmas and New Years delivery times could double.

Authority To Leave

We understand that it is not always possible for you to be home to accept a delivery.  In this situation you might choose to have your order sent to your work address.

Alternatively, you could choose 'Authority To Leave'. By choosing this option the delivery driver will leave your parcel in an area of your choice, which could be on the front porch, out of sight of the road.

However, if you choose 'Authority To Leave' and the parcel is taken fron your address, neither Pets On The Park or our carriers take responsibility for the parcel theft and will not cover any loss incurred using this delivery option. It is advisable to take this into consideration when choosing this option. You can leave a message at the checkout to advise where to the leave parcel.

Parcel Tracking

Orders are dispatched from Pets On The Park with a tracking number. We will send the tracking number once your order has been dispatched so you may keep track of your order. Simply go to the relevant carrier & punch in your number to check on the progress of your order.

 

When you place an order, you can estimate the shipping cost with the shipping calculator. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use; all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram.

Dangerous Goods:

 Products that are either flammable or packaged as aerosols are classified by Australia Post as dangerous goods. We have an arrangement with Australia Post by which we are able to ship dangerous goods. However they can only be shipped by road, meaning that slower than normal delivery can be expected for these products.
