My vet told me about this for Banjo about 4 years ago and Banjo just loves it. I use half a capsule each night by opening it and sprinkling it over his dinner (Banjo is a small dog). As a 11 year old dog he has no worry at all with pain in his hips and joints. Before using it though he was doing the bunny hop when he would get up after lying down but that has all gone away after about a month when starting on the Osteosupport.
